- Buyer payment is held safely until delivery is confirmed.
- Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm the part.
- If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute before releasing.
Delivery
- We deliver across Nairobi and its environs via SafeBoda.
- Delivery fees are calculated from your address at checkout.
- Track your delivery in real time from your orders page.
Disputes & Refunds
